We knew we had only a day window to hop around to the north side of DR and allow for a quick jump up to the Bahamas in the next weather window… but somehow the weather arrived more than 12h

Prepped the boat the night before, arranged for final checkout at 6am (as early as law allows in the DR) and we made sure to gift some fresh mackerel because he was so friendly and willing to meet us early!
